Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution approves plans and specifications and authorizes the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for LED Street Lights 2024. The total estimated cost of the project is $1,583,982.50, comprised of $322,940.50 in City costs and $1,261,042.00 from a Carbon Reduction Federal Grant. Funding for City costs is available in MUNIS Citywide LED Lighting Conversion Project #13065. The federal grant funds were authorized in Legistar file #80884 and will be appropriated in the 2024 year-end budget resolution.

BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for LED Street Lights, be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is herby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
