DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance amendment rezones property located at 2248-2254 Roth Street from TR-C4 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 4) District to PR (Parks and Recreation) District to match adjacent park and East Madison Little League complex.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

 

                     1.                     Map Amendment 00690 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

 

“28.022-00690. The following described property is hereby rezoned to PR (Parks and Recreation) District.

 

Part of Outlot 2, Woodlands, located in the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 31, T8N, R10E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the northern right of way line of Roth Street and the eastern line of said Outlot 2; thence Northerly a distance of 111 feet, more or less, along said eastern line of Outlot 2; thence Westerly, 133.4 feet, more or less parallel with and 111 feet north of the north line of Roth Street to the eastern right of way of Packers Avenue (State Trunk Highway 113); thence Southerly 111 feet, more or less, along said eastern right of way to the northern right of way of Roth Street; thence Easterly along said right of way a distance of 133.4 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning. Said described parcel contains 14,652 square feet (0.34 acres), more or less.”
