Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract In Pope Farm Estates, Private Contract No. 8392 (District 9).
Body
WHEREAS, Middleton Cross Plains Area School District, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: Pope Farm Estates.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
SANITARY SEWER ACCOUNTING DATA
A) Total Contract Value (including Engineering

B) Contributions in Aid of Construction:

3. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A” $459,934.72.
4. That the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Schewe Road from Old Sauk Road to Shadow Ridge Trail
• Schewe Road from Shadow Ridge Trail to River Birch Road
• Schewe Road from River Birch Road to 453 FT S of Blackhawk Road
• Schewe Road from 453 FT S of Blackhawk Road to Blackhawk Road
• River Birch Road from 160 FT W of Blue Aster Trail to Schewe Road
• Shadow Ridge Trail from 163 FT W of Blue Aster Trail to Schewe Road
• Schewe Road from Old Sauk Road to S of Schewe Road
• Old Sauk Road from W of OL 1 to Schewe Road
• Old Sauk Road from Schewe Road to 88 FT E of Schewe Road
• Old Sauk Road from 88 FT E of Schewe Road to E of Lot 1
• Blackhawk Road from W of Schewe Road to Schewe Road
• Blackhawk Road from Schewe Road to E of Schewe Road
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 12598 by $981,365.56 for a useful life of 40 years.
