Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract In Eagle Trace - Phase 7, Private Contract No. 9383. (District 9)

Body

WHEREAS, VHET LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in:  Eagle Trace - Phase 7.

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

1.  That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted. 

 

2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".

3. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service". 

 

 

Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A”                     $116,401.28.

 

 

 

4. That the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

 

 

                     Windy Willow Road from North Lot Line of Lot 186 to South Lot Line of Lot 189

                     Windy Willow Road from North Lot Line of Lot 218 to Clear Pond Way

                     Clear Pond Way from North Lot Line of Lot 241 to South Lot Line of Lot 242

                     Clear Pond Way from South Lot Line of Lot 242 to North Lot Line of Lot 243

                     Clear Pond Way from North Lot Line of Lot 243 to South Lot Line of Lot 243

                     Velvet Willow Road from Clear Pond Way to East Lot Line of Lot 211

 

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 14926 by $ 310,717.58 for a useful life of 40 years.
