Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract In Acacia Ridge - Phase 8, Private Contract No. 9215 (District 9).
Body
WHEREAS, East South Point, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: Acacia Ridge - Phase 8.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".

3. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A” $260,443.87.
4. That the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Redan Drive from 130 FT S of Clear Rise BLVD (S) to Tawny Acorn Drive.
• Redan Drive from Tawny Acorn Drive to Redan Drive.
• Redan Drive from Rustic Pine Drive to South Lot Line of Lot 475.
• Tawny Acorn Drive from 212 FT E of Seven Winds Trail to Redan Drive.
• Rustic Pine Road from Redan Drive to White Sky Pass.
• Rustic Pine Road from White Sky Pass to E Lot Line of Lot 505.
• White Sky Pass from Rustic Pine Drive to E of Lot 478.
• Lone Oak - White Sky Pass Alley (N) from White Sky Pass to E Lot Line of Lot 520.
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 14342 by $156,136.99 for a useful life of 40 years.
