Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement on Gentle Feather Road, Watts Road, and Little Dove Trail) constructed by Private Contract In Acacia Ridge Phase 11, Private Contract No. 9379 (District 1).
Body
WHEREAS, East South Point, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement on Gentle Feather Road, Watts Road, and Little Dove Trail) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: Acacia Ridge Phase 11.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement on Gentle Feather Road, Watts Road, and Little Dove Trail) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".

A) Total Contract Value (including Engineering

3. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A” $307,821.92.
4. That the street improvements, excluding bituminous surface pavement on Gentle Feather Road, Watts Road, and Little Dove Trail, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Gentle Feather Road from Little Dove Trail to East Lot Line of Lot 685
• Watts Road from West Lot Line of Lot 220 to Little Dove Trail
• Watts Road from Little Dove Trail to East Lot Line of Lot 660
• Little Dove Trail from Watts Road to Gentle Feather Road
• Little Dove Trail from Gentle Feather Road to North Lot Line of OL 30
• OL 30 Alley from East Lot line of Lot 698 to Little Dove Trail
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 14928 by $ 313,953.38 for a useful life of 40 years.
