There were three variances requested on the July 17, 2018 meeting: C-07-63-2018, C-07-64-2018, and C-65-2018. The kitchen separation and the accessible bathroom were resolved. The only variance request at this time is C-07-63-2018 regarding the ceiling height. The ceiling height in the basement is 7'0". The code requires 7'6".
