Steve Roloff of R.A. Smith National appealing IBC 507.4.  The rule requires that unlimited area building be separated by 60 feet from other buildings.  The Variance requested is to allow an existing building to remain that is less than 60 feet away.  Both buildings are fully sprinkled.
