[The deadline for candidates to file their Declaration of Candidacy, Campaign Registration Statement, and Nomination Papers for the 2022 Spring Election is 5 p.m. on January 4, 2022. Whether a primary election is needed for School Board, County Board, Circuit Court, or the Court of Appeals will not be known until candidate nomination paper signatures have been verified by the appropriate filing officer.]
WHEREAS, the Common Council must establish polling locations at least 30 days before an election; and
WHEREAS, City of Madison voters may have a primary for School Board, County Board, Circuit Court, or the Court of Appeals on February 15, 2022; and
WHEREAS, 91 facilities have generously agreed to open their doors to facilitate the democratic process on Election Day;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following locations are designated as polling places for the February 2022 Spring Primary, if a primary is needed:
