Fiscal Note
The annualized cost of the proposed recreation of position #3612 is approximately $5,363, including benefits. Based upon vacant positions and budgeted salary savings, the Economic Development Division’s 2020 Adopted Operating Budget should have sufficient budget authority to absorb the increase. No additional City appropriation is required.

Delete the classification of Street Vending Coordinator (CG16, R14). Recreate position #3612 from a 1.0 FTE Street Vending Coordinator (CG16, R14), currently occupied by M. Blake-Horst, to an Economic Development Program Specialist (CG16, R17) in the Economic Development Division budget and reallocate the incumbent to the new position.
