The development team wishes to present their conceptual plans for a twelve-story student-oriented housing development to the Plan Commission for comment and direction. This informational presentation follows one at the Urban Design Commission on August 16, 2017, where the UDC sought some direction from the Plan Commission before more formally commenting on the design of the project, which, as designed, is not consistent with the bulk and design recommendations of the Regent Street-South Campus Neighborhood Plan.
