The CDA Housing Operations Program Manager position is fully funded within the existing 2017 appropriation.
Title
Approving an extension of a provisional appointment for Tom Conrad from November 29, 2016 until such time as the position of Housing Operations Program Manager is filled on a permanent basis or until May 29, 2017, whichever is earlier.
Body
WHEREAS, Tom Conrad has been filling the position of Housing Operations Program Manager on a provisional basis; and
WHEREAS, it is expected that he will continue to perform these duties until the Housing Operations Program Manager is filled on a permanent basis; and
WHEREAS, City Personnel Rules allow for provisional appointments for six (6) months unless further approval is granted by the Madison Common Council;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Conrad’s provisional appointment be extended from November 29, 2016, with no change to the terms of his current provisional appointment, until the Housing Operations Program Manager is filled on a permanent basis or until May 29, 2017, whichever is earlier.
