Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution approves plans and specifications and authorizes the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for the Burr Jones Shoreline Repair. The total estimated cost of the project is $210,000 shared between the Stormwater Utility ($126,000) and the Parks Division ($84,000). Funding is available in the 2024 Adopted Stormwater Utility Capital Budget (Munis #14374) and the Parks Division's 2024 Adopted Capital Budget (Munis #14555). No additional appropriation is required.

BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for Burr Jones Shoreline Repair, be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
