Body
WHEREAS, David E. & Laura R. Crowell, have satisfactorily completed the installation of sidewalk improvements by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: Walsh Rd CSM.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
That the sidewalk improvements, on the following street be and are hereby accepted:
• North side of Commercial Ave from Walsh Rd to the west property line of Lot 3 CSM 10696
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1886 $ 5,992.00 for a useful life of 40 years.
