As stated in the Employment Agreement between the City of Madison and Erin Hillson, the Chief Human Resource Officer salary will be based on an annualized rate of $155,572. Funding for this position is available within Human Resource's 2023 operating budget.

Adopting and approving the Director of Human Resources contract for confirmation of a five-year term.
Body
WHEREAS, the Mayor has appointed Erin Hillson to the position of Chief Human Resource Officer and has recommended to the Common Council that their appointment be confirmed; and,
WHEREAS, the parties have reached an accord on the terms and conditions of an Employment Agreement between the City and Ms. Hillson
NOW THEREFORE, be resolved that Ms. Hillson’s appointment to the position of Chief Human Resource Officer is hereby confirmed, and the Mayor and the City Clerk’s Office are authorized to execute an Employment Agreement between the City and Ms. Hillson.
