Amending portions of Chapter 28 of the Madison General Ordinances to change “Subchapter 28J” to “Section 28.151.”

DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS: This ordinance changes internal references to the Supplemental Regulations in “Subchapter 28J” to read “Sec. 28.151.” This proposed change is in response to input from the Plan Commission that the Supplemental Regulations contained within the chapter were confusing to find. Instead of referencing the subchapter letter, the reference will be to the specific MGO number, consistent with other internal references in Chapter 28.
