The proposed resolution approves plans and authorizes the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for Local Road Traffic Calming & Arterial Pedestrian Enhancements-2021 (Group 2) at an estimated cost of $242,000. Funding is available in the following MUNIS accounts:
13264-402-200 (Traffic Calming 2021): $40,000
13099-403-200 (Ped/Bike Enhancements 2021): $65,000
13351-45-150 (Vision Zero): $190,000
No additional appropriation is required.

BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for Local Road Traffic Calming & Arterial Pedestrian Enhancements-2021 (Group 2), be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
