Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution approves plans, specifications, and authorizes the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for the Harper Lift Station Replacement. The estimated City share of the project is $569,000. $446,000 is available in the 2020 Adopted Engineering - Major Streets Harper Lift Station Replacement Project (Munis 12456-83-173). A budget amendment will be required if bids are higher than the available amount. Engineering has indicated that they would amend the budget to transfer unused balance in the 2020 Lift Station Rehabilitation budget (Munis 12376) to support any remaining costs.

BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED:
1. That the plans and specifications for Harper Lift Station Replacement, be and are hereby approved.
2. That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
