Body

WHEREAS, the McKenzie Place LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements (sidewalk only) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in:  2107-2249 Sherman Avenue - McKenzie Place.

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

 

1. That the street improvements (sidewalk only) on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

 

 

                     Fordem Avenue from 494’ S of Sherman Ave to Sherman Ave

 

 

 

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 11251  $17,640.55 for a useful life of 40 years.
