Fiscal Note

The proposed resolution approves plans and authorizes bids for the Wingra Park Shoreline project. The total project cost is estimated to be $281,880 which will be funded by the Stormwater Utility and Parks Department. The adopted capital budget for the Stormwater Utility will provide $193,320 of GO Borrowing which is planned within the Stormwater Quality System Improvements program (MUNIS 11562). The Parks Division’s adopted 2018 Capital Budget will provide $88,560 of Impact Fee funding for this project via the Beach and Shoreline Improvement program (MUNIS 17199).

BE IT RESOLVED,

 

1)                     That the plans and specifications for Wingra Park Shoreline, be and are hereby approved.

 

2)                     That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.

 

3)                     That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
