Private Contract, No Appropriation Required

Title

Accepting bituminous surface pavement constructed by Private Contract in The Meadowlands, Phase 5, Private Contract No. 2084.

Body

WHEREAS, Veridian Homes AB, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous surface pavement by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, for:  The Meadowlands, Phase 5.

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

 

That the bituminous surface street improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

 

                     Juneberry Drive from the northerly line of Lot 107 to Littlemore Drive (existing street).

                     Littlemore Drive from Juneberry Drive (existing street) to the easterly line of Lot 123.

 

 

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2084 by $13,945.96 for a useful life of 40 years.
