Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution authorizes a three (3) year agreement that may be renewed for additional two (2) one-year periods with Madison FC, Inc. for the use of portions of Reindahl Park for its soccer program activities. Madison FC, Inc. will pay the City $6,250 per year (Munis account 51150-43510).

Body
WHEREAS, in the Parks Master Plan for Reindahl Community Park, located at 1818 Portage Road, a significant portion of land is designated for the development of adult-sized soccer fields; and,
WHEREAS, since 2003, Madison FC, Inc. (the Club) has entered into a series of field use agreements relating to the Club’s use of soccer fields in Reindahl Park, the most recent agreement expiring on November 15, 2017; and,
WHEREAS the Parks Division has experienced an increase in demand for field reservations since the original agreement, which necessitated changes to terms and use fees;
WHEREAS, the Parties have a mutual interest in entering into a new field use agreement at Reindahl Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to enter into a Use Agreement with Madison FC, Inc. to use portions of Reindahl Park for its soccer program activities for the years of 2018-2022, consistent with the Reindahl Park Field Use Agreement attached and incorporated hereto, in a format that is approved by the City Attorney and the Risk Manager.
