Body

WHEREAS, Premium Real Estate, LLC % Veridian Homes has satisfactorily completed the installation bituminous surface pavement by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, for: Grandview Commons Phase 16

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

 

That the bituminous surface street improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

 

 

•                     Milky Way from the north line of Lot 549 (existing street) to the north plat limits.

 

 

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2263 by $11,266.00 for a useful life of 40 years.
