Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract for The Eighth Addition to Blackhawk - Phase 5, Private Contract No. 2260.
Body
WHEREAS, the McKenzie 300 Corporation, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: Eighth Addition to Blackhawk - Phase 5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant in Service".
Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A” $32,034.53
3. That the street improvements, including the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Shadow Ridge Trail from the west line of Lot 480 to the west line of Lot 482 (existing street).
• Shadow Ridge Trail from the west line of Lot 458 (existing street) to the west line of Lot 486.
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2260 $ 36,928.43 for a useful life of 40 years.
