Fiscal Note
In the adopted 2016 Capital Budget the Parks Division has budgeted $1,500,000 for improvements to Penn Park under the Penn Park Improvemnts project (MUNIS 17137). This program has sufficient funding for the proposed work in this resolution. Funding is provided by GO borrowing. The proposed resolution approves bids for the Penn Park Shelter Renovation and Concession/Restroom Building at a estimated cost of $950,000.

BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for Penn Park Shelter Renovation and Concession/Restroom Building, be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
