SUBSTITUTE Amending Sections 28.061 and 28.151 of the Madison General Ordinances to allow vehicle service sales and windows underneath buildings in the TSS, MC, CC-T and CC districts and to clarify the location of such windows in the CC-T, TE, DC, and UMX Districts.

DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This amendment allows vehicle access sales and service windows underneath buildings in the TSS, MXC, CC-T, and CC districts as long as the building has commercial or residential uses along the primary street frontage. This amendment also clarifies where such windows are allowed in the CC-T, TE, DC, and UMX Districts.
