Fiscal Note
In the adopted 2016 Capital Budget the Parks Division has budgeted $766,000 for improvements of beaches, shorelines, and access to water under the Beach and Shoreline Improvements program (MUNIS 10605). This program has sufficient funding for the proposed work in this resolution. Funding is provided by a combination of GO borrowing, Impact Fees, and Private Contribution/Donations.
The proposed resolution approves plan documents for the Warner Boat Launch Breakwater Reconstruction project at an estimated cost of $703,000.

Title
Approving plans and specifications and authorizing the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for Warner Boat Launch Breakwater Reconstruction. (18th AD)
Body
BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for Warner Boat Launch Breakwater Reconstruction, be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
