Amending RES-16-00759 to Update the Relocation Order Map and the Schedule of Land Required for the Construction and Maintenance of Improvements for a Public Street as Part of the Eighth Addition to Blackhawk Subdivision. (9th AD)

PREAMBLE
WHEREAS, on October 4, 2016 the Common Council adopted RES-16-00759, Legistar File ID No. 44244, entitled “Amending the 2016 Capital Budget of Engineering-Major Streets in the amount of $8,000 and Determining a Public Purpose and Necessity and adopting a Relocation Order for the acquisition of land interests required for the construction and maintenance of improvements for a public street. Located in part of the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 16, T7N, R8E, in the Town of Middleton.”; and,
WHEREAS, RES-16-00759 authorizing the condemnation by the City of a 1,557 square foot permanent limited easement and a 1,257 temporary limited easement for highway right-of-way purposes necessary for the construction of Big Stone Trail as part of the Eighth Addition to Blackhawk Subdivision; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to update the Relocation Order Map attached to RES-16-00759 to change the schedule of land interests required from a permanent limited easement to fee acquisition.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that RES-16-00759 is hereby amended by replacing the City of Madison Relocation Order and Schedule of Interests attached thereto with the Relocation Order and Schedule of Interests Required attached to this resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all other terms of RES-16-00759 are reapproved and readopted by this amendment.
