Approving program language changes to the State Street Retail District Improvement Grant Program.
Body
WHEREAS, in Legistar file # 39841, the Common Council adopted the State Street Retail Improvement Grant Program and approved language for the criteria for such grants; and
WHEREAS, we see the need to modify parts of the program language to better suit the intent of the program;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the attached revised version of the State Street Retail Improvement Grant Program criteria (“Program Summary Updated 07/26/2016”) is hereby approved.
