Fiscal Note
In the adopted 2016 capital budget, engineering facilities management has budgeted $1.05 million for the major project for Park Facilities Improvements (MUNIS 10564) funded from GO borrowing. The minor project for the Esther Beach Restroom improvements (MUNIS 10121) will have sufficient budget authority for the estimated cost estimated in the proposed resolution.
The proposed resolution approves plan documents for the project estimated at a cost of $425,000 to Engineering Facilities Management.

Title
Approving plans and specifications and authorizing the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for Esther Beach Park Shelter.
Body
BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for Esther Beach Park Shelter, be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
