Fiscal Note
The labor agreement with IATSE will include the maximum general wage adjustment allowed under state law (a computation based on the consumer price index that is calculated by the Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission in December 2015) plus a wage increase granted directly to employees by the City. The total increase will be 2.25% of current wages. The estimated salary and fringe benefit cost of the increase is $8,165 based on annual hours worked by stagehands. These costs will be paid from the Monona Terrace budget.
