Upon receipt of the requested permit Madtownpedalcab LLC will annually pay a $125 company license fee, a $30 vehicle permit fee, and a $25 driver's permit fee.

Relating to Madtownpedalcab LLC application for a Pedal Cab operator license.

WHEREAS, Madtownpedalcab LLC has applied for a pedal-cab service operator license and one (1) Pedal-Cab Vehicle permit;
WHEREAS, Madtownpedalcab LLC has been granted a provisional pedal-cab service by the Traffic Engineer because the operator met the criteria provided under MGO 11.06(2)(c) including a valid public passenger driver permit, proof of proper liability insurance coverage and approved vehicle inspection;
WHEREAS, a pedal cab operator may apply and be granted a provisional pedal-cab service operator license, the application must receive final approval by the Transit and Parking Commission and Common Council;
WHEREAS, any changes in routes or zones used by Madtownpedalcab LLC would be subject to review by Traffic Engineering;
WHEREAS, this vehicle would be subject to all state laws and Madison Ordinances pertaining to bicycles;
WHEREAS, the City's Risk Manager has reviewed the applicant's liability insurance coverage and found that it complies with City ordinance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council approves Madtownpedalcab LLC application to operate a pedal cab and approves its request for one Pedal-cab Vehicle permit in 2015-2016.
LET IT FURTHER BE RESOLVED that Madtownpedalcab LLC application and service are subject to the provisions and conditions as stated above and the ordinances of the City of Madison
