DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS:   This amendment rezones property at 101 South Mills Street to TR-U1 (Traditional Residential - Urban 1) to demolish a single-family residence and construct a four-unit apartment building.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

 

Map Amendment 00174 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

 

"28.022-00174.  The following described property is hereby rezoned to TR-U1 (Traditional Residential - Urban 1) District:

 

The North fifty (50) feet of Lots Five (5) and Six (6), Block Four (4), Greenbush Addition to Madison, in the City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, containing 6,000 square feet or 0.14 acres.”
