I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following citizen committee appointments for introduction and adoption under the suspension of the rules. Statement of Interest forms are on file.
AFFIRMATIVE ACTION COMMISSION
RYAN J. MOZE (2nd A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. Mr. Moze is an attorney and serves as the Quality Assurance Program Manager for the University of Wisconsin Graduate School, Office of Research Policy. He succeeds Sharyl J. Kato.
TERM EXPIRES: 4-19-2016
STEVEN L. RUSH (6th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. Mr. Rush is the Dean of Healthcare at Herzing University and is currently serving as interim Academic Dean. He succeeds Tonya A. Tharpe.
TERM EXPIRES: 4-19-2016
TOBIN W. MCGILLIGAN (10th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. Mr. McGilligan is a current University of Wisconsin-Madison student. In addition, he serves as site director and lifeguard for Madison School and Community Recreation. He succeeds Dario A. Parra.

COMMITTEE ON THE ENVIRONMENT
TYLER D. LEEPER (13th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term. Mr. Leeper is the owner of both Wingra Boats and Brittingham Boats. He is a marina operator and community developer. He currently serves on the Clean Lakes Alliance Community Board, is an advisor to the Friends of Lake Wingra and is a member of the Dudgeon Monroe Neighborhood Association. Mr. Leeper succeeds Jennifer L. Giegerich.
