The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Map Amendment 00148 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to zone the following described property to the IL (Industrial-Limited) District:
A parcel of land located in the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 9, T8N, R10E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin herein described as follows: Beginning at the south quarter corner of said Section 9, said point also being on the centerline of Hoepker Road, thence along the South line of the SE 1/4 of said Section 9 a distance of 490.5, feet more or less to a point laying on the Southwesterly right of way line of Interstate Highways 39-90-94; thence N26°42'01"W along said Southwesterly right of way line a distance of 1099.3 feet, more or less; thence S0°38'58"W a distance of 1022.33 feet, more or less to the Point of Beginning; said parcel contains 5 acres (217,800 square feet), more or less.
