Ordering Property Owners to Repair or Replace Substandard and Defective Sidewalks in the 11th and 19th Aldermanic Districts.
Body
Resolved that the Property Owners of the property in the 11th and 19th Aldermanic Districts hereinafter described be hereby ordered to replace and or repair sidewalks or parts thereof, hereinafter described, in full compliance with the requirements of the Ordinance governing such construction and repair. Firm arrangements for such construction shall be made by the date specified on the Sidewalk Notice, and that if arrangements are not made by the aforesaid date, the City of Madison, will cause such sidewalk to be replaced or repaired and charge the cost thereof to the property in front of which the walk was repaired or replaced and such cost, unless previously paid, will be collected as a special tax against the property in front of which the walks were repaired or replaced.
 
 
EDITOR'S NOTE:  Parcels in the 11th and 19th Aldermanic Districts are subject to deletion due to work being done by other City of Madison Contracts, utility work, insufficient funds, or other circumstances which justify deletion.
