SUBSTITUTE Amending Section 28.082(1) of the Madison General Ordinances to allow indoor recreation and outdoor recreation as a conditional use in various Employment Districts.

DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This amendment allows indoor recreation as a conditional use in the Employment Campus (EC) and Industrial - Limited (IL) Districts and outdoor recreation as a conditional use in the Traditional Employment (TE), Suburban Employment (SE), Suburban Employment Campus (SEC), EC and IL Districts.
