PREAMBLE
 
The City of Madison and the Town of Burke have scheduled the resurfacing of Reiner Road from 5000 feet north of Commercial Avenue to 8000 feet north of Commercial Avenue.  The Reiner Road Right of way currently is split between the Town of Burke and the City of Madison.  The street will be resurfaced with three inches of asphalt pavement under City Contract. The Town of Burke and the City of Madison will each be responsible for the cost to resurface their share of Reiner Road.
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the plans and specifications are approved and the Board of Public Works is authorized to advertise and receive bids for the Reiner Road Resurfacing.
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an agreement with the Town of Burke for cost sharing for the project.
