PREAMBLE

The City of Madison is proposing to underground overhead utilities on W. Wilson Street from Bedford Street to the west end.  The work will be performed during the reconstruction of the roadway.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council hereby authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute agreements with MG&E, Charter Communications and AT&T for the undergrounding of overhead utilities on W. Wilson Street.
