DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance changes the polling location for Ward 49 from Fire Station Number 1, 316 West Dayton Street to Fresh Madison Market, 703 University Avenue.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Subsection (49) entitled "Ward 49" of Section 15.02 entitled "Wards and Ward Boundaries" of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by amending therein the following:
"Polling place at Fire Station Number 1, 316 West Dayton Street Fresh Madison Market, 703 University Avenue."
