has been completed; and,
 
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the abutting property is to pay the amount per the attached schedule of assessments.
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the sums so charged to the abutting property be and are hereby assessed and levied upon said property payable by the owners of the lots or parcels of land benefited as determined by the Board of Public Works and in accordance with its recommendations, the amount so charged to each of the lots or parcels of land so benefited being as follows, to wit; and rescinding RES-12-00514, ID No. 26708.
