Fiscal Note
Marginal costs for the remainder of 2012 are estimated at $12,366, or $17,041 including benefits. Annualized costs are estimated at $15,000, or $20,670 including benefits. Funding for the remainder of 2012 is included in the Streets Division Operating Budget, as former Streets Superintendent Al Schumacher was the Public Works Team Leader at the time of budget adoption. It is anticipated that the 2012 year end appropriation resolution will move the required funding from the Streets budget to the Fleet Service budget. No additional appropriation is anticipated at this time.

Modifying the employment agreement of William T. Vandenbrook to include the duties of the Public Works Team Leader and providing additional compensation for the performance of these additional duties.
Body
WHEREAS, Mayor Soglin has assigned William T. Vandenbrook to perform the duties of Public Works Team Leader; and
WHEREAS, the parties have reached an accord on the terms and conditions of an Addendum to Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Vandenbrook.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute an Addendum to Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Vandenbrook.
