Title
Amending the 2012 Public Health Operating Budget to allow for the carryforward of two grants from 2011.
Body
WHEREAS two grants from the Susan G. Komen Foundation for the Cure to Public Health-Madison and Dane County Well Woman program are for the term April 1, 2011 through March 31, 2012;
WHEREAS $42,376 remains in the Treatment Access Fund to be spent on breast screening and support services and $16,418 remains in the Treatment Access Fund initiative for African-American women;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the 2012 Operating Budget for Public Health-Madison and Dane County is amended to reflect the carryforward of these grants, using the accounting strings and amounts in the attachment to this resolution.
