Preamble:
Plans, specifications and schedule of assessments for Fish Hatchery Road Assessment District-2012 were previously approved under RES-11-00674, ID No 23195, on August 2, 2011. Since that time the estimated project costs have increased and the City of Madison's share has been revised.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute agreements with Dane County for the reconstruction of Fish Hatchery Road (CTH D) from Emil Street to Wingra Drive
