Title
Amending the adopted Development Process Initiative Report (File ID# 21454) to add the Implementation Plan approved by CCOC on September 6, 2011.
Body
WHEREAS, the Common Council adopted the Development Process Initiative Report on June 21, 2011 (Legistar File ID# 21454); and,
 
WHEREAS, the report suggested improvements to the City's development review process; and
 
WHEREAS, the resolution required staff from the Planning Division and Economic Development Division, in consultation with other relevant staff, develop an initial draft implementation plan, including assignment of lead agencies and prioritization, to be presented to the Common Council Organizational Committee for review, and,
 
WHEREAS, on September 6, 2011 the Common Council Organizational Committee reviewed and accepted the plan,
 
NOW, THERFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Implementation Plan developed by staff in the Planning Division and the Economic Development Division be added to the Development Process Initiative Report that was adopted by the Common Council on June 21, 2011.
