The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

Subdivision (b) of Subsection (1) of Section 3.54 entitled "Compensation Plan" of the Madison General Ordinance is amended by creating the class of Community Development Grants Administrator 4 in Compensation Group 18, Range 12, thereof.
