Title
Authorizing the appointment of an Additional Neighborhood Member to the Garver Building Reuse Committee.
Body
WHEREAS, the Garver Building Reuse Committee was created by Resolution 06-00767, ID 04224; and
WHEREAS, the seven members were appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the Council on September 5, 2006; and
WHEREAS, July Olson, who currently serves in the "Common Council Member" position on the committee will be stepping down as Alder on April 17; and
WHEREAS, she is a valuable and knowledgeable member of the committee;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the membership of the Garver Building Reuse Committee be expanded by one by creating another position entitled "Neighborhood Representative;" and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Judy Olson be appointed to said position.
