PREAMBLE
The City Engineer plans to award multiple contracts in 2010.
This resolution includes multiple contracts for Asphalt Paving; Asphalt Grinding and Milling; and Asphalt Base Patching and Base Patch Grinding.
A separate resolution will include contracts for assessable projects. These include multiple contracts for Resurfacing 2010 - Curb & Gutter Assessment District.
NOW THERFOR BE IT RESOLVED that the plans and specifications for Resurfacing 2010 - Asphalt Paving; Asphalt Grinding and Milling; and Asphalt Base Patching and Base Patch Grinding be and are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise for and receive bids for the required public works contracts.
