Fiscal Note
The proposed ordinance annexes land located adjacent to 3502 and 3848 Maple Grove Drive in the Town of Verona, including a connecting strip owned by the City of Madison Stormwater Utility. The land will be annexed to the City of Madison’s 7th Aldermanic District, Ward 144, and assigns a temporary zoning classification of A Agriculture District. No City appropriation is required.
