Applicant is seeking a variance from 2015 IMC 402.3 where rooms or spaces without openings to the outdoors are ventilated through and adjoining room shall be unobstructed and shall have an area not less than 8% of the floor area of the interior room or space but not less than 25 sq ft. The owner is proposing a 110 sq ft interior room with two transfer grilles and an undercut door to allow ventilation.
